How Custom Orders Work


Our Custom Build Process

  1. Consultation – We learn your preferences (feel, balance, style, budget range).
  2. Design Plan – We document the agreed design and materials.
  3. Deposit to Start – A deposit is required to begin ordering materials and scheduling your build.
  4. Build Updates – You receive progress photos and documentation during the build.
  5. Final Invoice & Delivery – Labor is billed after the cue is finished to ensure it’s accurate. Final balance is due before shipping or pickup.

  • Materials cost (varies by wood, ringwork, inlays, shafts, etc.)
  • Labor at $25/hour
  • Labor is calculated and billed after completion to ensure accuracy
  • You’ll receive a materials estimate and deposit requirement after your consultation and design approval.
